Often an email is sent to multiple email addresses. Is there a way I can add these to my address list?
I know I can add the addresses one at a time. But I want to know if there is a way to import all the addresses at one time.
add all their email id to contacts and create a list for these email ids.
So , next time, just mention the list name in “to: field”, it will send to all email ids present in that contact list.
