Can I convert a MS Excell list of names and email address to a contact list in MS Office Outlook?

Yes. Use the Import/Export Wizard, under the File menu, in Outlook.
It is pretty easy to follow. You will choose “Import from another program or file”, and navigate to that file.
It is pretty important that the data in your spreadsheet be structured properly for this to work. You should have things like the Name and Address in seperate columns, in the same row. If you have data scattered randomly throughout the sheet, you will either need to organize it properly or enter everything manually.
If that doesn’t make sense, you will understand better when you go through the wizard.
