I am just interested in a good list manager program that will send bcc emails using my existing pop3 email account. I don’t want to buy email lists or buy a mailing service. Hopefully I can get something free or cheap.

You should try Group Mail. It is very easy-to-use emailing software. They even offer a free version! Check it out-
